KRS Marching at Field
On the 20/6/2013, it was my first time in KRS to be held in field. It was so hot during that time. After our Arabic lessons, me and my schoolmates took a ride on a bus to the field. Surprisingly, it wasn't that far. During that time, Ammar was our commander. He was a little strict, but I don't really care about it, though. Because of the hotness itself, I was seriously sweating whilst the event was still on. Although it's hot, I just ignored it. Some command words given by Ammar to us was like, "KE KANAN, LURUS!!" and "SKUAD, SEDIA!!!" I was quite amazed to see his good effort on being a commander although he's a new student. So far, the event was really full of discipline to me.

1st Semester Holiday 2013:- Legoland & Universal Studios Singapore
After the exhaustion during the KRS camp, we went to Legoland on the 29th of May 2013. Before we departed, we woke up early as we wanted to arrive at Legoland early. We departed at around 5:00am. After a long and sleepy journey, we arrived at our destination. This was the second time going there, as I've been there since last year. After the park had opened, I woke up with excitement, running to my first ride, the Project X roller coaster. Although the track was small, it was so thrilling!! Next, we tried Aquazone Water Racers. In this ride, the boats go around a circle whilst in high speeds. Then, we went to Dragon Apparentice. This ride was enough for my parents, but to me, it isn't because the ride was so short although it was a two-round ride. The Dragon roller-coaster was the coolest ride to me, because during the ride, we entered a dark place, then a small drop, and finally the main track itself. This was the first time I rode the coaster whilst recording myself (not my father). This is the prove showing so:-
We rode it many times until I felt satisfied. I then tried the Dino Island, where we washed ourselves during the splashdown!! After all the excitement, we checked in at Tune hotel. When I first looked at our room, it's cozy although the room was quite small. We got our chance to rejuvenate our energy for the tomorrow. At the same time, we learned to fill in the data for the immigration process tomorrow. After a cool rest, at around 7:00am, we departed to Singapore. (the FIRST time going there by CAR!!) As we arrived at the border, we went for an immigration process. It doesn't take so long, alhamdulillah!! I was so happy when I saw the park in reality! I was so excited until I ran to our first ride, Transformers The Ride. It was the first time being there and we were able to ride in a Transformers movie. The next ride is the Battlestar Galactica. It was said that it is the tallest duel roller coaster in the world. Here, I chose the Human (red track) not Cylon (blue track) because there was no inversions like loops, corkscrews and so on. It was the first time we rode a roller coaster without chains. So far, the ride made me exhilarated!! Then, we tried Rapids Adventure, where we travel on a river with dinosaurs around us, then a dark tunnel and finally the splashdown. After the ride, we hop in the Canopy Flyer and then, the Revenge Of The Mummy. This ride was so dark, scary and thrilling until we rode for another time! After our lunch and our prayers, we rode Transformers The Ride and Battlestar Galactica again as they were fun. After the adventure at the park, we took a monorail to try the Luge ride. It was cool as we were able to ride a toboggan downhill, so we rode for another 2 times. Then, we have to get back to our hotel, which was a grief moment to me. On the final day, we packed our stuffs and went back early because we have to go for our Friday prayers. So far, the trip was VERY cool, fun and exciting!!!!

Another KRS Camp
On the 25th of May 2013, IISKD organized another KRS camp, which was held at Rimba Kalong, Ulu Yam. It involves primary & secondary students this time. There were 8 groups in this camp, which I was in the eighth group. The members of the group were me, my brother, Wazir, Syed Abdul Rahman, Ammar Aimaan, Mahyaddin, Adi Putra & Luqman Haqeem Elias, with our facilitators, Mohd. Hassan and Afiq. Sometimes, Syammil (Assiyah's brother) became our facilitator as well. After we finished our jamaah on Zuhor and Asar prayers, we built our tent. Then, we were asked to make our dinner using natural stove (which was to cook using fire). Well, it looked similar with the last camp. The food we ate was rice, egg and sardine. Close to 11pm, night-walk activity began. At the first part of the activity, it was a solo walk. Compared with the old camp, I felt less afraid. During the solo walk, secondary 4 students apparently pretended to become ghosts. I heard that they were wearing masks, poncho and so on. At the second part, we have to be blindfolded as we go back to the campsite. Luckily, as we heard thunder, we opened the cloth and continued. Since it was raining, we slept in a hall, not in our tent. At the second day, we did our morning assembly. At around 8:30am, we started training to march. Unfortunately, during the event, I got a stomach ache and also diarrhea. Alhamdulillah, it occurred only once. I was given a rest after eating medicine and drinking tea. At 3:00pm, the disease had recovered and I participated in another KRS activity, which was to learn self defense and fighting (which looks quite similar with Karate). The event took ALMOST 3 HOURS!! However, I did well at that time. After our Maghrib and Isya prayers, we did our exam (for increasing our rank to Corporal). It was surprising until almost all questions are tough. However, some are like peanuts only (like questions based on Hafazan & Tajweed). After we did our exams, we watched primary students playing indoor games. We were too sleepy for a moment. On the third day, we went for jungle trekking to a waterfall. But, we have to be disciplined by following the KRS rules. At the checkpoint, we maked up one of our group members, which was Mahyaddin. We were too creative until we made some sort of an archery for him. At the waterfall, I just played with stones and even with my empty water bottle. At 2:30pm. Puan Harliana (Zaim Taqi's mother, board of governors) inspected each and every tent. She said that we only made 3 gadgets, which was sad, because some groups made 5 gadgets. Then she gave a closure speech, saying that the winner based on uniform category was Group 7, whilst on the number of gadgets, the winner was Group 3. Then, we packed up and depart. We finally arrived just a few minutes before Maghrib prayer. So far, in my perspective, this camp was more brutal and challenging than the last camp. However, it was fun, exhilarating and also, not a dull moment.

My Cross Country Experience
On Friday, the 19th of April 2013, my school (IISKD) organized a cross country event. Before we depart, I took a small breakfast at Syed Hakim's house. Then, we moved to a park named Taman Rimba Riang, which was just a few miles away from school. By the time I arrived, I saw a lot of my schoolmates already. As 8:00am arrives, the park metaphorically flooded. We then took another breakfast, which was sandwich. Mmm, it's very yummy!! After we had ate, we watched the P4, 5 and 6 boys running around the park for about 5 times if I'm not mistaken. How sweating they were!! With their efforts, Abdul Fatah (brother of Abdul Malik, new student in my class) came in 3rd place! Immediately, after the race, it's time for the primary girls to race. Some of them walked in exhaustion. To be honest, I actually don't know ALL the primary girls' name... Then comes the race for secondary girls, where they should run around the park for 8 TIMES. I observed that some of them were impressively fast, but some were tired so quickly. The first place for this race was Aliah Faisel (close friends with Syifaa' Musa). I was quite impressed by her efforts. When the race for secondary boys started, I actually don't know where was the starting point. So, during the race, when I saw the boys running, I immediately entered the race. The race covered more than 3km, WHICH WAS TIRING!!! I kept drinking a bottle of water with me when running, but it was used up quickly. Luckily, there were checkpoints along the way. But, I ignored some of them because I knew that the water left in my bottle was still enough. Halfway during the race, we were slowly separated, leaving me further behind. I looked behind, and there were no people behind, making me thought that I'm the last place. I ran and I walked. Finally, as I got close to the finish point, I saw the park, hearing the girls cheering the boys ahead. Once I got into the gate, I can feel the relief in my heart, while the girls were cheering me. Then, I ran around the park. I almost can't defend myself from running, and I was lucky that Syed Arif was beside me. He wiped my face with ice, so I could cool myself, and it did encourage me to run. This process repeated until I was close to the finish point. When I was near, I ran with happiness and I finished, with Luqman Hakim Nor Azam (brother of Hariz Azam) in 1st place whilst the third is Azmil Afifi (Fadhilah's brother) in the race. By the time I finished running, I realized that I wasn't the last place. Actually, there were still some more boys behind me from a distance while the race was on. Because I was too tired after running, I became fainted. Some boys splashed me with some water for me to cool. During the prize giving ceremony, the top 10 students got medals whilst the top 3 got money! WOW!!! So, congrats to these students... :D The event so far was tiring and exhilarating.... I hope that this kind of event will be organized again, Insyallah...

Top 3 of My Favourite Games in PS3
Actually, we've got a lot of games already but I really like some among them. This is the Top 3:-
3. Motorstorm 2
It is a racing game filled with cool backgrounds, different vehicles to pick and much more! In this game, I really like to pick the monster truck as it is able to crush vehicles during the race. Not only that, I also like vehicles like rally car, mudplugger & buggy. One cool part about this game is that I'm able to play split screen and also, I can paint my vehicle, change the style of the driver and so on!
2. Test Drive Unlimited 2 (TDU 2)
This game really impressed me, because of the background itself (cooler than in Motorstorm 2) and also a variety of cars! They are 100% real, and can give an idea of how the driving performance is by testing each and every car. Lots of brands here, such as Aston Martin, Ferrari and even Bugatti! But, for the beginners, they have to start in an old life before entering into luxury. The houses in TDU 2 are in variety of shapes and colours although some are expensive. Although it's a single player game, it is very AMAZING!!! But the disadvantage of the game is that there're lots of aurah, so I should try my best not to see them a lot..... Actually, you can play this game via PC or XBOX.
Video review about TDU 2 (by gamespot):-
1. Little Big Planet 2
For me, this game is the coolest among the three. In this game, you will control a Sackboy, entering into a story and defeat the evil Negativitron. During the journey, you will collect a variety of prizes! They can be a sticker, decoration, objects, outfits, materials and much more! One cool thing about it is that you're able to create your own level via My Moon! Right here, you will learn how to use some tools, gadgets, gameplay kits, EVERYTHING!!! Then, you can publish your level to the community. It is very COOL and I really recommend you to play this game!! For more info, click here or here.

The Top 5 Students Of At-Taubah ( Sec. 2 ) in CA1
It is listed right here:-
I was actually proud to myself because I got the second although I'm a new student. My position is between the two intelligent girls. For Hariz, it is a good try, but you can improve next time. But I really dare to beat Izzati in the exams to come. However, congrats to Izzati!! :)
Alhamdulillah, I got this kind of impression.

Professional Musicians
I was quite impressed by them because of their talent in musical instruments. Yaani was in this concert LIVE in 2006. Watch this video so you can see their talent: (REMEMBER, FOR MUSLIMS, DON'T SEE THE AURAH'!!) I like the part starting from 4:16.
How is it? Aren't they good to music? Of course!! I hope you guys like this video.

My First Brutal Camp
On the 8th of February, our school organized a camp specifically for me and the other KRS (Kadet Remaja Sekolah) students at The Jungle Lodge Alang Sendayu, which is located at Gombak. Before we depart, we were divided into groups. I was in group one, together with Daniel, Aniq, Imran and so on. After our Asar prayers, we were asked to build our tent and we sucessfully completed before 7pm. Next, we gathered some woods, cooking utensils and a few blocks of starters to create some sort of a natural stove. We were happy as we managed to cook our food for our dinner, which was rice, ormelette and sardine. Wow, it was seriously tasty! After we did our jamak prayers, we create gadgets for our tent, like a trash can and shoe rack. Finally, before we sleep, we made our own time appointment to wake up and prevent the fire from putting off. My appointed time was from 3 to 4am. On the second day, after Subuh, we went to a big field for the assembly. We sang the KRS song, the syabab & fatayat song and much more. Some students were punished by doing push ups for not performing well in the assembly. Next, we made our breakfast, which was bread with ormelette & sardine. At 10 something, we participated a 'building a raft competition'. Our raft so far performed well although it isn't upright. Then, we watched some traps used in the jungle and it was cool. It was followed by the blow pipe demonstration. For lunch, we made rice with rendang, which was so yummy. At the evening, we entered the jungle to take nipah leaves and then, weaving it, which was so challenging to me. For dinner, instead of using the natural stove, we cooked using bamboo. How we did was, we washed it, putting leaves inside and filling it with the food we need. For the rice, we filled the leaves with rice and putting it inside the bamboo. At 10:30pm, we gathered to do the night walk activity. We heard a few speeches and made our doa before we enter. At the first part of the activity, we were allowed to use torchlight. However, at the second part, we can't use torchlight, which made me petrified. I got even nervous as I can't almost see a thing. But alhamdulillah, we went to the finishing point of the activity. During the time to get back to the camp, I looked at my watch. IT WAS 12 MIDNIGHT! We then gathered in one line and then, THE MOST CHALLENGING, NERVOUS PART IN MY LIFE metaphorically raised its curtains. It was a solo walk activity. For me, it was the CLIMAX among the other activities of the camp. Here, we were asked to WALK ALONE WITHOUT USING TORCHLIGHT to a place few meters away from our campsite. The ghost image appeared in my mind making me extremely scared. As I walked, I called my friend waiting for me to be gone, which was Hazman. There was no response. I kept moving. Then, he appeared and rejected me to be with him. Although I can't see a thing, but I saw white patches located at the path while I was walking. I heard a cat sound made by the teachers while I was on the way. As I moved, I was shocked to hear a 'baa!!' (which was the sound used for shocking). I knew that the sound was from a teacher. Finally, I saw a few lights ahead. I was relieved that it was the finish point of the solo walk activity. After all students had completed the solo walk, we took a shortcut back to our campsite. We arrived there at 1 something. On the third day, we woke up late because we were tired. So, after Subuh, there was no assembly and we took a small rest instead. At around 9:30am, we participated in jungle trekking to the waterfall. The distance we took was more than a kilometer and took almost one hour and 45 minutes to reach there! We went through a river tunnel, slopes and cross a river to reach there. At the waterfall, I played with stones whilst the other students got wet after they had shower there. During lunch, we had chicken rice. It was very delicious until I took another plate. After we did our jamak qasar Zuhor and Asar, we cleaned our tent. The ustaz came to inspect our tent and alhamdulillah, there was no complaints. Then, we destroyed our tent and gathered our bags. On the way back to school, there was a part where I was humiliated because of something relating to a girl and me. The bus was almost 100% noisy just because of that. Even Hassan, one of the prefects at school, got influenced by that. Well, that was something sensational, which means to cause great excitement to public. As you know, this is actually normal to teenagers. That was one of my most adventurous experience in my life until I called this camp, 'a brutal camp'.

My New School
Well, as you know, I am now in my new school, which is Integrated Islamic School Kota Damansara. In short, it is IISKD. Here, I participated some of my new cocuriculum activities, like KarateDo and Kadet Remaja Sekolah. At my class, there are a lot of students including the girls, like Syifaa Musa, Izzah Athirah (my ex-friend classmate) and Aliah, just to name a few. The boys, like Zaim, Hariz and Syed Abdul Rahman, are also a lot. People might ask me why I move to another school? Well, because at At Tamimi, there are NOT A LOT OF STUDENTS in my class. For this year, teacher Zarith, my Maths teacher, is my homeroom teacher. Since the school is FAR AWAY from my home, because Shafiq is joining the school also, he goes with us to school, then when it's time to go back, his driver will pick us and sent us back home. Hopefully, this is repetitive.
The building with blue, yellow and grey colour is IISKD. |
