Tanah Aina Farah Soraya

Before I tell you my experience there, let me share to you about this sanctuary:

"Tanah Aina Farah Soraya is a vast estate of unspoilt forest in Raub, Pahang, which is just one and a half drive from KL. It is metaphorically a PARADISE for the adventure seekers. The estate is located very deep in the jungles and it is accessible by 4 wheel drive vehicles. It was established so we can learn how to preserve nature. Farah Soraya provides a guide to lead your activities, such as jungle, waterfall and river treking, night-walking and flying fox. This jungle is equipped with luxurious chalets, dorms, tents and even toilets. Here, you will be served with a variety of food delights. Indeed, the experience in the jungle cannot be MISSED!!"

Two days ago, me and my family went on a family camp at Tanah Aina Farah Soraya. As we arrived at the car park, we took a ride on a gigantic off road vehicle through a bumpy ride to our destination. After our Zuhor prayer, we entered into our big tent. I was impressed to feel the coziness inside the tent. We also took a ride on the flying fox where we can have a stunning view of the river and the sanctuary. During the night, we participated the nightwalk activity. The background was very dark until we have to bring torchlights. On the 2nd day, we went on the jungle treking to the waterfall. I was shivering in the cold water. My father took an oppurtunity to try the Leap Of Faith where we jump from the platform to the water. Then, we spent our time by playing in the stony river. After that, we moved to a chalet which was more comfortable than the tents. Finally, on the final day, we went to the top of the hill to have a magnificent view of the hills and the clouds floating by. So far, although I got some small lumps created by midges, the experience was a best retreat for body, mind and soul.

Sentosa Luge And Skyride

This ride was like when we were riding on the real car! It was very exhilarating. Last year before UPSR, my father kept this ride as a secret as he has a feeling that I would enjoy it. At the Luge area, there are lots of black toboggans which acts as cars. To get started, you will have to hop in the Skyride cable car which will take few minutes to reach the Luge area. It is very easy to ride the toboggan. Simply pull back the lever to stop and throttle it carefully to move. For your information, there are two tracks to go with, which is the Jungle and Dragon Trail. As you enter the park for the first time, you must go to Jungle Trail first then the Dragon Trail. Remember, DO NOT BRING CAMERAS unless if you are brave and really want to record videos. Based on the caution above, you will take VERY HIGH RISKS IN GETTING ACCIDENTS!

My Class Trip To Berjaya Times Square Theme Park

On the 7th of November 2012, the Secondary students including my brother, Shuqri, Khairul and Izudin went on a class trip to Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, or in other words, Cosmos World. When we arrived at the park, we became impatient. We saw the tracks of the roller coaster, including the blue colour interior. After 10:30am, we immediately raced to the 5th floor to enter the theme park. Again, there was a wait as Teacher Wani and Iza did a little business inside the park. Then, we got our bracelet before we enter. We took Oourt's Express first. During the ride, we screamed as it got faster. We also tried rides like Spinning Orbit, Dizzy Izzy and Robo Crash. The Spinning Orbit ride made us climb almost to the ceiling of the building, about 30 metres high. The Dizzy Izzy ride so far was great as the cars moved up and down while rotating. We soon took a ride on the longest indoor roller coaster in the world. As I entered the car, I got nervous and nervous. When the ride started, we cheered if I am not mistaken. When we approached the twist, I felt like evacuating out of the car. I did not feel anything at the loop area so far. The ride was very SUPER FAST and thrilling! But I rode only for 1 time only. After that, we took a ride on Robo Crash. We bumped many cars and it was really exhilarating. In that case, we kept repeating riding the bumper cars. Some of my schoolmates were in hurry to the queue until they did a small parkour. That's all about to mention about my experience there. Some other time, I can go to this theme park once again. Top 5 Best Friends Of Mine

This is my record of the top 5 of my best friends with description:-

5. Between Aina, Yasmin Ali or Najihah
I like them so far because they don't really disturb me very frequently.

4. Revo Avicenna
He is one of the P3 students who his behaviour is not that similar with the other P3 students, except a friend........

3. Shuqri Adam
His behaviour is..OK. But he always call me ROOKIE from Monday till Thursday. On Friday, he call me LEGENDARY.

2. Wan Mohamed Nazrin
He is very benevolent and gentle to his P3 friends, especially me. I've never seen a friend like this, including the name too. I call him my special friend and as a 7B member, my brother call him Yulyamaiin.

1. Syed Muhammad Al-Attas
Although he has quit school a long time ago, he is still my best friend. We played, have fun with him, especially when he came to my house and sleepover. WOW!  That was very very fun!! He is also a 7B member too, just like Nazrin. His name in 7B member form is Surya Sajarinzi.

My Umrah Trip

During the month of March, me, my parents and my father's family had an opportunity to perform Umrah. This is my first Umrah trip. We first took a flight to Dubai by riding an enormous plane, the Airbus A380. It was my first time riding it. After doing our business at Dubai airport, we flew to Madinah. I was very surprised looking at Masjid Nabawi in the air. In Madinah, we stayed at Mubarak Hotel. We soon took a great look inside the mosque. We even spent our time by visiting a few places like the Quba mosque, the Uhud mountains and the dates market. We also visit Raudhah, which is one of the places which Allah Swt aceept any dua's at that place. After a few days, we went to Makkah with our Ihram clothing. It was a pretty long journey. While I was recording the Makkah clock tower, I was shocked to see a minaret of Masjid Haram. As we get closer, We saw one of the gates of Masjid Haram. After we had checked in, took a rest and finished our Isya prayers, we performed Umrah. We did Tawaf around the Kaabah, followed by performing Sa'i and Tahallul. For me and my brother, we rode a small scooter during Sa'i. Our first prayer at Masjid Haram was Zuhur prayer. Soon, we visited places like Jabal Rahmah, Mina, Muzdalifah, the Thur cave and much more. We also performed Umrah for the second time. For the Tahallul, my hair was cut until it became bald. After having our leisure time at Makkah, the time comes to an end. We missed Makkah and Madinah very much. The trip was not a dull moment and it was memorable too. I hope that one day, I could visit these places again. Try watching this video below about my experience during Umrah:

Nazrin, my new friend

Yes it is. Nazrin, which is Ilham's brother, is truely in the top 5 of my best friends. I like him so far, because he's quite gentle and friendly. I think he is easy in making friends. His voice is almost similar like his brother's voice. His name can be seen in Surah Baqarah, verse 270.  For your information, Wan Roshdan is his father whilst Siti Mazwin is his mother. I saw their faces yesterday at the cafeteria. I hope that Nazrin will be more intelligent in the years to come Insyallah.

My biggest achievement

Few months ago, I received RM200 for achieving the 2nd place in the Quran competition. I was very happy as Allah gave me permission to success. The next big achievement that I got was during the Ihtifal program. Alhamdulillah, because of my highest achievement in Hafazan, I got a trophy followed with a Quran in a jewellery box and the Al-Farid dictionary. I think one of my friends' words are right because he bet I will get a trophy. Insyallah, I will try my best to continue my Hafazan until I finish it. Ameen...
